About The Academy

Today, women are told to "stand in our power" and "use our voice" if we want to have influence in the world.

Yet millennia of Good Girl conditioning still rattles inside us, keeping women involuntarily silent, undermined or ignored when it matters most. 

The Academy exists to train women in a new kind of power by tackling Good Girl conditioning head-on. 

Founded in 2013 by Kasia Urbaniak and Ruben Flores, The Academy has taught over 4,000 students around the world simple and practical tools to radically transform their lives by breaking free of The Good Girl Bind.

About Kasia Urbaniak

Kasia Urbaniak is the founder and CEO of The Academy and the author of UNBOUND – A Woman’s Guide to Power.

Over the course of nearly 20 years, she has worked as professional Dominatrix, practiced Taoist alchemy in one of the oldest female-led monasteries in China and obtained dozens of certifications in different disciplines, including Medical Qi Gong and Systemic Constellations.

These seemingly contradictory experiences gave Kasia an unprecedented and unexpected insight into the hidden architecture of power – the kind she wants every woman in the world to wield.
