Power with Men is a skills-based course.
You will be trained in the skills required to claim and keep your power in all relationships, from the most intimate to the professional and political.

How to own a room without raising your voice.
How to ask for the unreasonable and be respected, even adored, for it.
How to navigate moral outrage and ideological conflicts to win allies and accomplices.
How to get men to collaborate with you on your biggest visions and desires.
How to read someone’s body and instinctively know how to influence them.
How to express yourself freely without the fear of hearing No.
How to negotiate deals and raises.
How to keep your power in love, romance and dating.
How to lead intimate conversations on sex and affection.
How to upgrade, celebrate and heal friendship and family bonds.

How to summon and receive support when you don't know exactly what you need.
How to speak the unspeakable and provoke others with skill and grace.

Please be advised that this program is not for the faint of heart. To train you to handle societal and interpersonal forms of coercion, we will need to replicate them in our training scenarios.
For those of you well-acquainted with our curriculum, understand that Power with Men 2022 is our most demanding program to date.
How the Course Works
Online Classes
Each class will be taught exclusively by Kasia Urbaniak, live on ZOOM.
Students who can’t join the class will have the ability to watch the replay at any time that is convenient for them.
All students will have lifetime access to all replays and course materials.
Practice Labs
Practice labs are an opportunity to train with other students to practice the exercises introduced in the weekend classes until new habits are ingrained and the skills are embodied.
Each practice lab is built around 1 class exercise and repeated to suit multiple time zones over 10 weeks.
Since not everyone enjoys group work, students will also receive support materials for replicating the practice lab environment to train solo or do them with a trusted friend.

Each class will begin at 10:30am EST (New York). We currently estimate that each day will last up 6 hours, including breaks to complete class-related assignments.
However, we recommend you reserve the entire day for this work.
Class recordings will be available for those who cannot attend live.
